Trail of Tulips

Every spring in Mount Vernon, Washington, they hold a tulip festival.  Reminiscent of the tulip fields in Holland (though on a much smaller scale), you can drive past the colorful fields and stroll through several of them.  One of the largest gardens that are open to visitors is Roozengaarde.  I was able to visit this garden on separate trips in 2018 and 2019.  Very well done and if you can go in the middle of the week, it’s not too crowded.  Weekends can be a mess.
